Dolly Gown is always dedicated to providing the best service for our valued customers all the time.

1. Cancellations

Orders placed more than 24 hours ago cannot be canceled.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility
We accept returns for standard-size items (US2-14) within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

2.2 Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Accessories
  • Custom sizes, colors, or designs
  • Plus sizes (US16W-26W)
  • Try-on orders with more than one dress
  • Made-to-order products (wedding dresses, fully beaded dresses, flower girl dresses, bridesmaid dresses, etc.)
  • Items priced over $400—please verify size and details before ordering.

2.3 Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days to report the issue. We will evaluate and resolve it promptly.

2.4 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

  • Email us to request a return authorization.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
  • Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

For faster service, return the unwanted item (following the return process), and place a new order for your desired item once your return is accepted.

4. Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds may take additional time to process depending on your bank or card issuer.


7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
we put all of our energy and mind into each dress, each of our dress are full of love, our long experience and skilled craftsmanship keep less return rate till now, but if there are our problems, we could return all your payment.
We will try to avoid mistake, we know each dress is so important for each girl, since all dresses made by handwork, there might be mistake, but if it is our problems, we will pay all the loss.
